Open to all Academy and NTDP athletes and coaches, in order to develop the new Technical Model to existing and future talented pathway athletes, focusing on effective ways to train. Specific 1:2:1 coaching sessions and specialised high speed camera work can be booked in advance subject to availability. Athletes will be expected to come prepared for coach discussions around achieving and setting athlete performance goals, so bring a notepad and pen.
