The Club Secretaries and T.O.’s meeting will take place on the date as previously advised. The venue is NICVA, 61 Duncairn Gardens, Belfast BT15 2GB. All Club Secretaries and/or Tournament Officers are invited to attend. If your club secretary and/or tournament officer is not available to attend, you may send alternate club representatives. Please try to send a minimum of one person, maximum of two people per club and reply to ANI Admin indicating who will be attending. The meeting will provide various items of information from the Board to the clubs, hear any comments from the clubs and also to draft the 2020 Tournament Calendar. Clubs should prepare their own proposed shoot dates in preparation for this discussion. Dates can be brought to the meeting, or if available ahead of time, please email to admin@archeryni.org.uk
