Due to the standard of Archery improving across the world both in terms of scores and training standards, the following score thresholds will be in place for the 2018/19 season for selection into the Northern Ireland Performance Academy. Recurve: Cubs - N/A Cadet Boys - 590 Cadet Girls - 580 Junior Men - 600 Junior Women - 580 Compound: Cubs - N/A Cadet Boys - 620 Cadet Girls - 600 Junior Men - 620 Junior Women - 600 These scores will need to be achieved at either a 720 World Record status event, Northern Ireland status event or at a Performance Academy Simulation day. The Recurve discipline score thresholds are aligned with our GB Junior International selection policy, which is the next appropriate stage for Recurve athletes. The Compound discipline score thresholds are the minimum standard to be considered for the GB Compound Development Squad.
