Reminder: 2021 Archery NI AGM

As previously advised the AGM is now scheduled for Wednesday 26th January 2022. All nominations, matters of special business must be submitted by Monday 3rd January 2022, being 7 days prior to the Board meeting for the consideration of AGM business. Nominations from the membership are requested for each of the vacant positions which include:- Membership Director Performance Director Independent Director (cannot be an ANI member) Safeguarding Officer ( does not have to be an ANI member) Company Secretary ( does not have to be an ANI member) Should any member wish to be considered for, or to nominate someone for appointment to, any of the above positions, the name and details of the person must be notified to the Company Secretary by Monday 3rd January 2022, being 7 days prior to the Board meeting for the consideration of AGM business. Full content and papers for the AGM will be published on Monday 17th January 2022 and online voting will open. Online voting closes on Monday 24th January 2022 and the meeting call-in details will be published.
